Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their appointment at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time with no penalty.
If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a 20% cancellation fee of the booked service will be charged.
There is a $20 late fee if you are more than 20mins late to your appointment. At 29mins your appointment will be cancelled, deposit forfeited and 20% cancellation fee applied.
This policy helps protect appointment availability and respect the time reserved for all clients.
Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE!
