Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their appointment at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time with no penalty.
If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a 20% cancellation fee of the booked service will be charged.
You can NOT reschedule your appointment on the day of. That is considered a cancellation a the 20% fee applies as well as the deposit forfeited.
There is a $20 late fee if you are more than 15mins late to your appointment. At 20mins your appointment will be cancelled, deposit forfeited and 20% cancellation fee applied.
This policy helps protect appointment availability and respect the time reserved for all clients.
All Sunday appointments are considered VIP appointments which require an extra $100 added to your service.
Early Bird/Late Appointments (before 8am/at 6pm or after) require an extra $50 added to your service!
Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE!
